This timber lodge has two wings construction, divided as a primary residence and guest house which are linked under one roof. Stone outcroppings form sitting ledges and the base for timber-formed concrete planks stacked to make the wall as exterior. The façade has plan maximizes the aperture of glazing and view to the North, while on approach from the South. All of the interior has wood materials, the pillar, the parquet and except the wall and the ceiling. Choreography and emotionally laden materials connect people viscerally to the lodge landscape. This building is sensibly ordered and surprisingly evocative, shaped to the nature of the lake and the people who visit it.
